Roll release method A type:Standard type shaftless clamping
Most printing company and post-press packaging factory use roll paper with a standard roll weight of less than 1,200 kg.
It adopts shaft-less clamping and hydraulic lifting mode,the tension is controlled manually/ automatically by air brake shaft-less clamping in 3,6,and 12 inch,can suits for 3 sizes paper roll inner core.(standard core size is 3” & 6”, the 12” option customize)
Simple and clear panel easy to operate.

Roll release method B type:Heavy duty shaftless clamping
If the paper roller weight more than 1500kgs,we will suggest option the B type

High-precision Correction System

Equipped with CCD vision sensor and rectification controller,photoelectric tracking/tracking or tracking/travel ±75mm,tension is controlled by the system autonomously.

Laminator Host

Depending on the width of the equipment,the glue coating part will have different design structures.The existing pictures are for reference only.

1.Drying roller diameter increased to 800mm,using electromagnetic heating system.
2.Max. pressure of press roller is 12T-15T.
3.Gluing system Teflon process treatment,easy to clean and non-sticky.
4.Adopt electromagnetic heating system,heating up and cooling down fast,temperature stability,heating steel roller using built-in temperature measuring device,more accurate temperature measurement.
5.Glue thickness adjustment is precisely adjusted through instrument data.
6.Waste film reeling device.

Rewinding Unit

It adopts AC vector frequency conversion control and cooperates with the unwinding system.The lifting and lowering of the paper roll is driven by double-cylinder hydraulic pressure.At the same time,it is equipped with a torque adjustment system and an air expansion shaft for winding.

Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?

A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?

A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.

Q11.What’s the payment term?

A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
